Returns & Exchange
At EXY Wear, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our return and exchange policy to ensure a smooth process.
1. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of the delivery date under the following conditions:
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Note: We do not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on returned items.
- How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact us at support@exywear.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).
Once we receive your returned item(s) and inspect them, we will notify you of the status of your return.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
2. Exchanges Policy:
If you need a different size, color, or item, we’re happy to offer exchanges within 14 days of the purchase date.
Exchanges are accepted under the following conditions:
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags attached.
We can only exchange the same item for a different size or color (subject to availability).
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock, we will offer you the option of a refund or store credit.
Please note that return shipping for exchanges is also the customer’s responsibility.
- Steps to Exchange an Item:
Contact us at support@exywear.com with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size or color.
We will provide you with the next steps and shipping instructions.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we will send out the exchange if it meets our criteria.
Please allow 5–7 business days for the exchange process to be completed after we receive your item.
3. Refunds
Refunds will be issued to your Instapay account or designated electronic wallet once we have received and inspected the returned items.
Refund timeline: Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a damaged or incorrect item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received an incorrect or damaged item, we apologize for the inconvenience. Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@exywear.com with the following information:
Your order number.
Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
Sale or clearance items.
Items marked as "Final Sale."
