1. What payment methods do you accept?

2. How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email. Shipping usually takes an additional 3–7 business days for domestic orders.

4. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Egypt.
We hope to offer international shipping soon, so stay tuned for updates!

5. What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your item(s), you may return or exchange them within 14 days of the purchase date, provided that:

The items are unworn and in their original condition.
All original tags and packaging are intact.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@exywear.com, and we’ll guide you through the process.

6. How do I know what size to order?

7. Do you offer free shipping?

At this time, we do not offer free shipping. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of your order.

8. What should I do if I received the wrong or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please email us at support@exywear.com within 48 hours of receiving your package.
We’ll be happy to assist you with a return, exchange, or refund.

9. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, it is processed quickly to ensure timely delivery. If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@exywear.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes after the order has been processed.

10. How do I care for my EXY Wear clothing?

For the best care of your EXY Wear garments:

Machine wash in cold water with like colors.
Avoid bleach or harsh chemicals.
Tumble dry on low heat or hang dry to maintain the fabric quality.
Iron on a low setting if needed.
